The Senior Manager, Third-Party Manufacturing – Process Development and Operations is responsible for leading a team of engineers supporting third-party manufacturing partners throughout product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management. This role ensures successful execution of process characterization and validation activities required under design controls. This role is also responsible for driving manufacturing readiness for new product introductions, line extensions, and product transfer initiatives. The position serves as a key technical liaison between internal cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant manufacturing processes. The position will ensure that products are manufactured consistently based on Abbott quality standards to meet market demands and operational targets.
This role is based out of St.Paul, MN and is an ONSITE position.
