
The Senior Manager TM Uptake Management will report to Director TM Uptake Management.
Ensure adherence to global processes and guidelines within the team .
Regular exchange with other team leads on best practices and expertise.
Regular evaluation of system and process knowledge of the team members, coordination of training requirements with the Director TM Uptake Management.
Initiate FIS Allocation Management development needs, participate in projects and roll-out.
Organize working time requirements and workload in the teams and appropriate distribution of services, as well as back-up or replacement arrangements.
Alignment on team relevant topics with all stakeholders.
Point of entry for general trade related issues.
Degree in Shipping, Transportation or related discipline.
Several years of experience in liner shipping/ transportation industry.
Operational background and Commercial Steering experience welcome.
Comprehensive knowledge about HL applications (FIS, Qlikview, Qliksense).
Analytical, methodical and efficient working style.
Open minded personality with strong communication skills.
Experience in dealing with different stakeholder groups.
Team player with high ability to communicate.
Ability to lead a team and to implement new concepts and structures.
Knowledge about Hapag-Lloyd’s global product offering (Network & Partners).
Excellent and proficient command of spoken and written English language.
