Your responsibilities

• You will lead the Tissue Machine Service Operation team across China and APAC, guiding performance, capability development, and operational excellence.
• You will manage project delivery end-to-end, coordinating customers, suppliers, internal teams, and global units to ensure schedules, quality, and cost targets are met.
• You will act as the main customer contact, handling service quality claims, driving solutions, and ensuring strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will oversee cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency, improving competitiveness and minimizing risks.
• You will collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, optimize service delivery, and support business growth.

Expectations for you

• You hold a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in tissue paper machinery or large tissue mill environments.
• You have leadership or management experience, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• You communicate confidently in both Chinese and English, verbally and in writing.
• You work independently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
