We are seeking a rockstar Account and Project Manager to manage and further develop our in-house strategic and creative studio. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys working across design, digital, and brand initiatives with a specialization of Lifestyle Hospitality

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a deep appreciation for high-end hospitality, design, and brand storytelling. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach, you will ensure seamless project delivery while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This role requires exceptional organization, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of creativity and service.

The role shall also be willing to gain a basic understanding and factor in the unique dynamics of the hotel distribution, digital marketing and hotel technology which includes an awareness and interest in more technical topics such analytical tools and artificial intelligence.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support the management and development of our creative studio, ensuring high standards of creative output and operational excellence.

  • Help identify new business opportunities and contribute to our continued growth and commercial success.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in luxury hospitality, design, fashion, and lifestyle to evolve our creative direction and market relevance.

  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of creative, digital, and brand projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear timelines, deliverables, and priorities across teams.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and clear briefs to ensure teams are aligned and equipped to deliver exceptional work.

  • Liaise with the Commercial Strategy Team to factor in hospitality specific considerations for the web design, booking engines, google analytics, search engine optimization and digital marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects moving forward.

  • Lead project status meetings and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.

  • Oversee project scopes, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and commercially responsible delivery.

  • Proactively provide regular updates and share information clearly

  • Continually refine project workflows and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Competencies

  • Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism, demonstrating strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and exceptional service delivery.

  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations that reflect both the client’s vision and the brand’s standards of excellence.

  • Oversee agency-related contracts and maintain financial oversight to ensure responsible budget management and commercial success.

  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure consistent communication and collaboration.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness when working with international partners and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Experience & Mindset

Required

  • Several years in Account Management, Client Services, or Project Management, ideally within a creative agency environment.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Fashion, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering design-led and lifestyle-driven projects, ensuring cohesive brand expression across multiple touchpoints.

Preferred

  • Experience working with international clients and global hospitality markets.

  • A strong appreciation for branding, design aesthetics, and elevated guest experiences Skills

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across multiple teams

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English and German
