Job Description

  • Proactively initiate business development activities of existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing etc.
  • Assist the Department Head to design and implementation on business plans and programs;
  • Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with key clients;
  • Create relevant marketing materials and client lists;
  • Build and maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database;
  • Manage transactions;
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for property transactions;
  • Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.

Qualifications

  • At least five years’ real estate and leasing experience in the commercial field preferably Shanghai markets and/or mature markets;
  • A good track record in real estate market;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and hard-working.
