Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented, commercially astute, and people-centric professional to join our team as a Senior Manager (Technology Procurement)

You will oversee procurement of a broad range of technology and digital solutions that support PSA’s operational effectiveness and cybersecurity posture.

As a section head, you will also guide your teammates and provide oversight to ensure high standards of procurement delivery and capability development.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, partner closely with stakeholders, and drive value-focused, compliant, and procurement outcomes. The role reports to Assistant Vice President (Technology Procurement).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end procurement for technology-related goods and services, including infrastructure, applications, platforms, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital services.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and developmental support to team members, while strengthening team capability and performance.
  • Partner internal stakeholders to shape clear technical and commercial requirements, develop robust sourcing strategies, and align procurement approaches with business priorities.
  • Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to evaluate supplier performance, strengthen partnership value, address risk, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and long-term commercial benefit.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen procurement frameworks, workflows, and controls, and contribute to operational efficiency of procurement practices
  • Support AVP (Technology Procurement) in managing team workload, setting priorities, resolving escalations, and driving procurement outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 10 years of procurement experience, preferably with exposure to technology, digital, or indirect procurement categories.
  • Experience in leading teams or supervising officers, with the ability to provide structure and guidance in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, tender management, commercial evaluation and supplier due diligence
  • Confidence and executive presence in discussions and negotiation, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and well-structured procurement papers and evaluation reports.
  • Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-moving, global environment.
  • Familiarity with e-procurement tools (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Zycus) is an advantage.
  • CIPS or CPSM certification, or progress towards one, will be viewed favourably.
