As a Senior Manager – Technical (Legal Technology), you will help shape how legal services are delivered by building AI-enabled platforms that transform complex workflows into seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end full-stack applications to automate legal and business workflows.
• Develop Generative Artificial Intelligence-enabled features for document understanding, risk insights, and decision support.
• Build and orchestrate intelligent agents for multi-step workflows and secure enterprise integrations.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions grounded in enterprise data with governance and traceability controls.
• Architect scalable asynchronous pipelines for artificial intelligence and document-centric processing workloads.
• Integrate platforms with enterprise systems using application programming interfaces, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
• Lead solution architecture and technical design reviews for scalable, reliable, and secure platforms.
• Mentor engineers and promote strong practices in development, documentation, and responsible Artificial Intelligence.
• Create technical artefacts (architecture diagrams, flows, documentation) and enable stakeholders through training and mentorship
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across legal technology platforms, AI services, and integrations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Extensive experience building enterprise-grade applications in full-stack or platform engineering environments.
• Strong expertise in Python, including FastAPI and Django REST Framework.
• Proficiency in modern front-end development with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, and styling frameworks.
• Experience with large language model platforms and Generative Artificial Intelligence solution design.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, asynchronous processing, and secure enterprise integrations.
• Proven ability to lead technical design, mentor teams, and communicate clearly with business stakeholders.
• Experience with conversational AI/voice intake using Azure Speech-to-Text or the Web Speech API as well as with preparing technical diagrams (architecture, data flow, integrations) and maintaining documentation/runbooks.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security (SSO, OAuth/SAML, RBAC) and experience integrating systems via APIs and event-driven patterns paired with strong Git, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot proficiency, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and AI-assisted development workflows

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Icertis, Ironclad, or Agiloft.
• Background in legal technology or regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Icertis or Sirion Labs and familiarity with broader legal technology ecosystems.
