We are seeking a G29-level product leader to own strategy, execution, and operational excellence for AI-enabled healthcare products that improve provider discovery, care navigation, member decisioning, and stakeholder trust. This role will translate ambiguous business opportunities into measurable product outcomes, lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, data science, operations, clinical, compliance, and business partners, and ensure solutions are explainable, scalable, auditable, and aligned to enterprise priorities.


The ideal candidate combines solid product judgment, technical depth, AI fluency, healthcare domain understanding, and executive communication. They will manage complex trade-offs across speed, quality, risk, regulatory expectations, member experience, and measurable business value.


What This Role Will Own

  • Product vision, roadmap, and value narrative for one or more strategic product capabilities, platforms, or experience areas
  • Problem of discovery, opportunity sizing, prioritization, requirements definition, acceptance criteria, and release readiness for complex initiatives
  • AI product practices including explainability, relevance measurement, guardrails, data quality, evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, and responsible use controls
  • Cross-functional execution across AIDLC / SDLC teams, TPMs, engineering leads, UX, analytics, clinical SMEs, compliance, legal, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Outcome measurement through adoption, conversion, engagement, quality, operational efficiency, cost avoidance, member/provider satisfaction, and risk reduction metrics


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product strategy, north-star outcomes, success metrics, quarterly priorities, and release plans for assigned product area
  • Convert business and user problems into crisp epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, data requirements, non-functional requirements, and launch criteria
  • Lead experimentation and evaluation for AI-enabled capabilities, including model behavior assessment, search relevance tuning, recommendation quality, bias checks, explainability review, and human-in-the-loop feedback
  • Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions with a value-based lens, balancing member outcomes, enterprise impact, technical feasibility, compliance, and delivery capacity
  • Partner with engineering and architecture to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, observable, maintainable, and production-ready
  • Establish product operating rhythms, dashboards, RAID tracking, decision logs, dependency management, rollout plans, and executive-ready status reporting
  • Mentor product managers, TPMs, analysts, and delivery partners on product thinking, AI adoption, requirements quality, and stakeholder management
  • Ensure product requirements and releases meet privacy, security, accessibility, regulatory, auditability, and enterprise governance expectations
  • Represent product area in leadership reviews, PI planning, roadmap discussions, stakeholder demos, operational readiness forums, and post-launch value reviews
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, program/product delivery, platform strategy, or related digital technology roles
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across engineering, data, UX, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience defining metrics, measuring product value, and using data to make prioritization and optimization decisions
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery, roadmap planning, dependency management, backlog health, acceptance criteria, and release governance
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and executive-ready communication
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, structuring undefined problems, and driving alignment across senior stakeholders


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML, LLM-enabled products, search relevance, recommendation systems, clinical intelligence, provider search, care navigation, or decision-support workflows
  • Experience with responsible AI practices, model evaluation, explainability, audit trails, data governance, and risk controls
  • Experience managing or mentoring product managers, TPMs, business analysts, or cross-functional delivery teams
  • Healthcare payer, provider, benefits, claims, network, clinical, pharmacy, or member experience domain experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, Splunk, cloud platforms, API ecosystems, or experimentation frameworks
