Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with Board of Investment (BOI), tax, and customs regulations across Pandora Production Thailand.
• Drive best practices and process excellence in BOI, tax, and customs compliance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all regulatory submissions and reporting.

Risk Management & Audit Leadership

• Lead tax, BOI, and customs audits, investigations, and reviews in collaboration with Finance and Group Tax teams.
• Identify compliance risks and implement controls to strengthen governance and regulatory adherence.

Strategic Business Support

• Provide BOI, tax, and customs advisory to support key business initiatives and strategic decision making.
• Support global tax processes including transfer pricing, income tax accounting, and effective tax rate forecasting.

Financial & Regulatory Monitoring

• Monitor tax obligations including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax.
• Prepare forecasts for tax payments and ensure alignment with financial planning.

Stakeholder & Government Relations

• Build strong working relationships with government authorities (BOI, Tax, Customs) and external advisors.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with group policies.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the compliance team responsible for BOI, tax, and customs activities.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on capability development and continuous improvement.

We love that you are…

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related fields
• 7+ years of experience in tax, compliance, internal audit, or regulatory advisory
• Strong knowledge of BOI, tax regulations, and customs requirements in Thailand
• Experience working with manufacturing or multinational organizations is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead projects, manage consultants, and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with strong integrity and a continuous improvement mindset
• Good command of English communication
