Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Development
GCL: E
Introduction to role:
Are you ready to design the leadership and learning engine that powers a fast-evolving, science-led enterprise—and ultimately helps us deliver better outcomes for patients? This role sits at the center of how we build future-ready leaders and capabilities, translating business ambition into development experiences that move the needle where it matters most.
As Senior Manager - Talent Development, you will partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and global teams to architect and deliver an integrated talent and learning portfolio. You will shape a clear leadership development agenda, curate end-to-end learning journeys with top business schools, strengthen the data and systems backbone of L&D, and elevate the brand and adoption of learning across the organization. You will have the accountability and empowerment to speak up, roll up your sleeves, and see ideas through to impact. How will you turn insights into scalable programs that accelerate growth in your first 90 days?
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we fuel ambitious thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and high-reaching world.
Here, your work fuels a global enterprise united by a bold purpose and a relentless focus on patients. You will join a high-performing, digitally savvy community that brings unexpected teams into the same room to turn ideas into reality—rapidly. We pair ambition with support, encouraging you to take smart risks, own decisions, and use data to guide change. Integrated across the business, you will help streamline how we operate today while building the capabilities needed for tomorrow—shaping leaders, scaling smarter ways of working, and seeing a clear line from your programs to tangible business and patient impact.
Design the learning engine of tomorrow—take the lead and make your mark now!
