The Regional Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead is a critical role that is accountable for driving and overseeing all hiring efforts across EMEA & Latam for all Sonova businesses in the region.
The role will be key to building the Talent Acquisition regional strategy to deliver regional growth ambition, connecting market/country-based recruiters, regional teams, and developing team members to excel through the full recruitment life cycle (intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer management).
In close collaboration with the VP HR EMEA & Latam, local & regional Business Leaders, TA teams in countries and TA CoE, the role will be in charge of evolving talent acquisition practices, elevating process with technology and candidate experience approach, strongly connected to local markets and challenges, by translating enterprise-wide strategy to local and regional specific needs, ultimately acting as a role-model in the TA community and trusted partner of the business leaders.
The role will lead a small regional talent acquisition team to support regional demands and functionally guide local Talent Acquisition teams located in main markets.
