The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will support the execution and implementation of U.S. talent acquisition strategies aligned to ReSource Pro’s business objectives, growth plans, and workforce needs. This role is responsible for overseeing the full talent acquisition lifecycle across corporate functions, onshore service delivery centers, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), while supporting recruiting operations, process improvements, and hiring initiatives that enable organizational growth.
This role will partner closely with leadership by providing recruiting insights, market intelligence, and workforce data to support hiring decisions and operational priorities. The Senior Manager will lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team focused on service delivery, collaboration, continuous improvement, and execution excellence, while supporting Talent Acquisition projects and integration activities that contribute to organizational effectiveness and scalability.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $80,632 - $136,397annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
