Job Purpose

To oversee and action the creation and compilation of management and strategic reports that are aligned to strategic intent. Provide Internal integration for the team, supporting the ME and divisional Divco with their tracking, monitoring & evaluation of initiatives against KPI's and overall strategic plan.To plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities of initiatives to ensure that project goals are accomplished.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support aligned and effective delivery
  • Translate strategy into clear execution plans and coordinate delivery across teams
  • Analyse data and produce reports and dashboards for informed decision-making
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Monitor performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions
  • Support Segments improvements of processes, policies, and client service delivery
  • Identify growth and innovation opportunities through market insights
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Produce insights to track performance and support executive reporting
  • Support team capability building and a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Contribute to transformation and culture initiatives

Sustainability & Reporting

  • Drive execution of the sustainability strategy in line with business priorities
  • Manage ESG frameworks, metrics, and financed emissions tracking
  • Deliver clear, concise reporting for Exco and Board
  • Track performance through dashboards and reporting tools
  • Support the embedding of sustainability into business processes and decision-making
  • Identify ESG risks and opportunities and drive improvement actions
  • Track and report on sustainability policies, standards, and disclosures
  • Support the development of sustainable finance and ESG products
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and data integrity
  • Collaborate across teams to meet reporting requirements

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

  • Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Preferred Qualification

  • A relevant postgraduate qualification (NQF Level: Honours or Professional Qualification) in Business Management, Finance, Management Analytics, or a related field

Minimum Experience Level

  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in a strategic, analytical, or business management environment, preferably within financial services or banking.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic reporting, project management, and performance tracking.
