We are hiring an experienced Senior Manager / Manager – Supply Chain Planning to lead the supply planning team in overseeing post-order processes, monitor end-to-end critical path milestones, proactively identifying and escalating risks and delays, managing supply and shipment planning activities to ensure flawless execution. Operating in a global context, the incumbent will work with stakeholders across Asia and Europe to ensure alignment, operation excellence and on-time delivery. This role reports to the Senior Vice President – Merchandising.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Lead the overall supply and shipment planning strategy to ensure product availability and on‑time delivery across all categories and sourcing markets.

  • Partner with senior management to provide insights, performance updates, and recommendations based on post‑order and shipment planning metrics.

  • Design and maintain critical‑path visibility tools and reporting frameworks to support proactive decision‑making.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee end‑to‑end critical‑path management, including milestone tracking, risk escalation, and coordination with suppliers and customer planners.

  • Lead and empower the supply planning team to negotiate shipment plans, manage follow‑ups, and improve supplier “on‑time cargo ready” performance.

  • Oversee production communication with suppliers, monitoring cargo readiness, factory capacity, and logistics coordination with customers’ partners in multiple regions.

Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze customer planning/re‑planning activities and shipment delays to drive corrective actions with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.

  • Enhance tools, workflows, and systems related to post‑order and shipment planning to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility.

  • Lead the rollout of new processes and digital tools, providing training and change‑management support to ensure adoption across the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in supply chain planning, preferably with exposure to hardgoods for Europe an markets.

  • Bachelor ’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Proven track record in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and driving cross‑functional projects.

  • High proficiency in data interpretation and supply forecasting, with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actions.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on process improvement and driving operational excellence.

  • A constructive challenger who can question assumptions and contribute to better decision‑making.

  • Comfort operating under pressure in a fast‑moving environment with demanding timelines.

  • A strong influencer with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for the Manager position.
