As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role. You will work directly with senior clients across various industries to address strategic and operational challenges while driving project delivery, team development, and client growth.

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across different industries, including market entry, growth strategy, operational transformation, and process optimization.

• Manage end-to-end client engagements with stakeholders from diverse sectors, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
• Conduct industry-specific market research, competitive analysis, and financial assessments to inform client strategies.
• Analyse complex data and business insights across sectors to create actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, understand their unique challenges, and develop customized solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members to foster professional growth and maintain quality standards.
• Support business development efforts, including proposal writing, client pitches, and industry-focused thought leadership.
• Contribute to evolving service offerings and methodologies to serve a broad range of industries better.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business advisory, or related roles, with exposure to multiple industries.
• Proven success in leading strategic transformation or operational improvement projects across different sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills adaptable to diverse industry contexts.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms.
• A master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field, such as an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree, is preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are a must.
