Your Team
The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards.
The Enterprise Enablement (EE) team within EC&O is responsible for providing enterprise capabilities and frameworks, that enable and govern change, transformation, delivery, strategy execution, customer products, data management and process mapping.
Uplift enterprise strategy planning and execution capabilities, ensuring strategy is translated into coordinated plans,prioritiesand execution across ASX.
Deliver the ASX Delivery Framework, andbe responsible fordelivering against its vision, standards, roadmap, ongoingoperationand evolution.
Maintain a deep, working understanding of the ASX Delivery Framework, ensuring it is fit for purpose, understood, consistentlyappliedand aligned to regulatory and business needs.
Support management of enterprise delivery dependencies, working with EPMO, portfolio and delivery leaders toidentify, surface and resolvecross‑initiativeimpactsand risks.
Focus on ongoing process improvement and continuous uplift of EPMO practices and ways of working. Collaborate and work closely with the ADF Transformation team to support the evolution of the ASX Delivery Framework.
Oversee the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) and Enterprise Planning & Strategy Execution functions, ensuring consistent portfolio governance, dependency management,standardsand insights.
Reviewand run enterprise planning cycles and governance forums, enabling effectivedecision‑makingacross strategy,portfolioand delivery.
Provideenterprise‑leveloversight and assurance on portfolio health, strategy execution, deliverymaturityand framework adoption.
Evolve practices to incorporate persistent teams and continuous delivery ways of working
Work with Finance and project team on budget oversight
Partner closely with the Head of Enterprise Delivery, Planning &Governanceand the ADF Transformation Manager to ensure the Delivery Framework is implemented effectively, while clearly separating product ownership from transformation delivery.
Prepare and deliverhigh‑qualityExecutive andBoard‑levelreporting, including strategy execution performance, dependency impacts, portfolio insights,risksand regulatory considerations.
Drive continuous improvement of the Delivery Framework, planning and governance practices using performance data,feedbackand assurance outcomes.
Contribute to a collaborative Enterprise Enablement culture byrole‑modellingASX values and actively breaking down silos.
Work across teams and divisions to share knowledge, resolveissuesand improveend‑to‑endenterprise outcomes.
Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach, develop and support others.
Operate effectively in ambiguous and changing environments, managing competing priorities andtrade‑offs
Demonstrate curiosity and build a deep understanding of the role’s function and the broader ASX context.
Execute the role with a pragmatic,delivery‑focusedandrisk‑informedstyle, balancing pace with proportionate governance and risk management.
Support the GM Enterprise Enablement through strategic counsel, issueresolutionand delivery of agreed enterprise priorities.
Present insights and recommendations at Executive andBoard‑levelforums, asrequired
Engage with senior leaders across Enterprise Customer & Operations and other divisions, and Boards or senior forums where relevant to role scope.
Undertake other activitiesreasonably requiredto support the effective operation of the Enterprise Enablement function.
Your experience and qualifications
Tertiary qualification in business, strategy, governance, technology or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Senior experience leading enterprise strategy execution, planning or governance functions in a large, complex organisation.
Demonstrated experience acting as Product Owner orlong‑termowner of enterprise frameworks or operating models, including responsibility for standards,evolutionand BAU operation.
Proven experience overseeing EPMO, portfolio management or enterprise planning functions, including management of delivery dependencies andcross‑initiativeimpacts.
Strong capability delivering Executive andBoard‑levelreporting,providingclear insight into execution performance,risksand dependencies.
Experienceoperatingin regulated environments, supporting governance,assuranceand compliance outcomes.
Highly developed senior stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
Experience in financial services, marketinfrastructureor other highly regulated sectors.
Exposure to delivery frameworks, agile or hybrid operating models.
Exposure to ways of working with continuous delivery and persistent teams.
Experience supporting regulatory reviews, externalassuranceor audits.
