Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Strategy, you will be a key leader in driving strategic initiatives and business transformation across the organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy, you will partner with senior executives to identify and execute growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and provide data-driven insights to shape corporate strategy. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.

This individual will also play an instrumental role in scaling our M&A efforts and capabilities: target identification by sourcing from multiple platforms, cultivation, and leading team in preparation of investment thesis.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Insights

  • Support evolution of annual strategic planning process and play a key role in preparation of deliverables for final readouts

  • Develop and drive corporate and business unit strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, revenue models, and expansion strategies.

M&A and Business Development:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive due diligence and preparation of investment thesis for active M&A opportunities

  • Play a kay role in defining, developing and implementing M&A standard work for funnel build and cultivation

Problem Solving & Business Transformation

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact strategic initiatives, and transformation efforts.

  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to analyze complex business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.

  • Develop frameworks and methodologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and organizational performance.

Executive Influence & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present strategic recommendations and business insights to C-suite executives and senior leaders.

  • Partner with business units to drive the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure measurable impact.

  • Influence stakeholders by translating complex data and market trends into actionable strategies.

Who You Are

You are a strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong background in management consulting or corporate strategy. You excel in ambiguous environments, thrive in cross-functional settings, and bring a balance of analytical rigor and business acumen.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Experience leading high-impact projects across multiple business functions and industries.

  • Adaptable and respond well to changing priorities

  • Strong hustler with a go-get attitude

  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 156800.00-291200.00
