The Senior Manager, Strategic Transformation governs and coordinates the organization’s strategic transformation agenda at an enterprise level. • Oversee and consolidate enterprise transformation progress, key risks, interdependencies, and outcomes across business and functional pillars.

  • Review and assess strategic transformation proposals and business cases to ensure clarity of scope, alignment with enterprise priorities, and robustness of value rationale.

  • Coordinate inputs from initiative owners and stakeholders to support informed decision‑making at senior management and other governance forums.

  • Provide clear, concise, and decision‑oriented transformation reporting to senior management, steering committees, and governance forums.

  • Promote consistent transformation discipline, standards, and accountability across the organisation without duplicating or displacing delivery ownership.

  • Oversee the establishment and ongoing effectiveness of enterprise transformation and PMO governance practices across strategic initiatives.

  • Support transition planning as the strategic transformation agenda evolves, including potential scale‑down or integration into steady‑state operating models over time.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline.

  • Strong experience in strategic transformation, enterprise PMO, strategy execution, or governance roles within complex organisations.

  • Proven ability to operate at enterprise level and engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions and business units.

  • Solid understanding of transformation governance, portfolio management, dependency management, and benefit oversight.

  • Experience preparing executive‑level materials and reporting for senior management forums.

Key Attributes :

  • Strong enterprise and governance mindset with the ability to manage complexity across multiple initiatives.

  • Able to maintain clear separation between governance and delivery ownership.

  • Structured, analytical, and disciplined approach to transformation oversight.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior management levels.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving transformation environments.
