We are working with a partner organisation in the social impact sector that is supporting the expansion of a large-scale agriculture and rural livelihoods program. The initiative has demonstrated strong early results and is now preparing for a significant scale-up phase across multiple geographies.
The organisation is seeking a Senior Manager who will help design and guide the next phase of growth. This role will focus on strengthening program strategy, operational systems, and partnerships required to support expansion.
The Senior Manager will play a key role in shaping the strategy and operational approach for scaling the program. Working closely with partner teams and stakeholders, the individual will help ensure the program is prepared for sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Program Strategy & Design
Support the design of the programs expansion strategy
Identify systems and processes required to support scale
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with internal teams, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
Coordinate across organisations to support program implementation
Facilitate communication between leadership teams and field partners
Operational Strengthening
Contribute to budgeting, planning, and resource allocation for expansion
Identify operational challenges and support solutions
Data, Insights & Communication
Analyse program data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and communication materials
Contribute to documentation of learnings and impact
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
