What a Senior Manager – Strategic Insights does at Visa:
The Senior Manager, Strategic Insights serves as a strategic advisor to Visa's Marketing, Product, Commercial Solutions, and Business teams, transforming customer, market, competitive, and business intelligence into growth opportunities that drive commercial impact across Asia Pacific.
The role will have a strong focus on B2B Marketing, commercial payments, money movement, SMBs, acceptance, and emerging payment ecosystems, while also contributing to selected consumer and commerce thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Visa’s market position.
Through proprietary research, analytics, market intelligence, and strategic storytelling, the Senior Manager will develop actionable recommendations, executive narratives, and client-ready perspectives that inform go-to-market strategy, product adoption, marketing effectiveness, client engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in customer, market, and business insights, combined with commercial acumen, strategic storytelling, and stakeholder influence. They should be able to translate customer and competitive intelligence into recommendations that shape product strategy, go-to-market planning, marketing effectiveness, client engagement, and business growth.
While the role is anchored in Product/B2B Marketing priorities, the successful candidate should also be able to contribute to broader thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Visa’s market positioning.
