Job Description

The Strategic Initiatives role will report directly to the Office of the CEO and be instrumental in developing the go-to-market strategy for the domestic and international expansion of the business. This position provides significant exposure to various business processes, requiring adaptability, independence, and flexibility in managing special projects.

  • Design and refine strategies for cross-selling microinsurance through financial institutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Improve below-the-line and trade marketing materials to enhance product promotion and drive cross-selling efforts.
  • Work with internal and external teams to develop and streamline business processes for greater operational efficiency.
  • Oversee both quantitative and qualitative market research to guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Lead and implement strategic projects to drive business growth and expand market presence.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years as a Management Trainee; 4-5 years total professional experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role
  • Management Trainee graduates within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) industries.
  • Experience in marketing, with a preference for Trade Marketing and Shopper Marketing.
  • Proven track record in working with market research studies and agencies. Experience in Shopper Marketing, particularly with Point-of-Sale Marketing material
  • Must be open to travel as required.

Work set-up: Onsite

Schedule: Monday - Friday (dayshift)
