
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our Clients and Markets team in Birmingham.
In this role, you will help shape and strengthen the firm’s most important client relationships, driving sustainable growth, deeper engagement and an enhanced client experience through a consistent, insight‑led approach.
Working closely with the Strategic Account Team, the Head of Clients & Markets and senior stakeholders, you will support the development and embedding of our Strategic Account Management approach. You will play a key role in managing both established Strategic Accounts and emerging priority clients within our Horizon Client Programme.
By leveraging client insight, market knowledge and AI‑enabled tools, you will help the firm better understand client needs, identify opportunities to add value and promote a joined‑up, commercially focused approach to managing our most significant client relationships, both in the UK and internationally.
About you:
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager to help shape and grow some of the firm’s most important client relationships.
You’ll bring experience in strategic account management within a professional services environment, along with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders and build trusted client relationships. With a strong commercial mindset, you’ll enjoy turning insight into action and helping drive sustainable growth and deeper client engagement.
You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and impact. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive approach will be key to success in the role.
Curious and forward‑thinking, you’ll be keen to use data‑driven and AI‑enabled tools to enhance client insight and account planning, supporting new ways of working that add real value to client teams.
