About this role:

Working within Queensland Rail’s Major Projects team, the Senior Delivery Manager Stations will lead and manage the successful delivery of all station upgrades within the Logan and Gold Coast (LGC) Rail Alliance for the Logan and Gold Coast (LGC) Faster Rail project. You will ensure station works are delivered in accordance with industry best practices, Queensland Rail, and Department of Transport and Main Road (DTMR) requirements, while maintaining integration with broader rail infrastructure works.

Purpose That Counts – Some of the responsibilities of the role:

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of all station upgrade works within the LGC Rail Alliance
• Provide leadership, technical and professional guidance to station design, planning, and delivery teams
• Oversee the station construction program within a complex brownfield rail environment
• Manage the station upgrade works within allocated budgets, schedules, and safety targets
• Provide detailed reporting on station progress, including any variations to scope, cost, or schedule
• Ensure seamless integration between station upgrades and broader rail infrastructure works within the LGC Rail Alliance

People Who Count - What you can bring to the role:

• High level of skill in leading and providing strategic direction for the delivery of station upgrade projects within a major rail infrastructure environment, from design through to construction and commissioning
• Extensive knowledge of rail transport operations and associated legislation, with a strong understanding of station-specific infrastructure requirements
• High level of skill in program and project management to optimise safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness in station construction and delivery
• High level of skill in driving change and innovation within station design and construction
