【主な業務】
顧客訪問、ウェブ会議、課題のヒアリング (ノルマなし)
社内でのチーム編成 各サービスラインのシニアリーダーと協議し、チームを編成
各種提案書の作成(日本語・英語)
2-1. 顧客向けサービス提案書 既存のフォーマットを顧客ニーズに合わせてカスタマイズし、上司の指導の下で完成させるか、PowerPointを使用して割り当てられたページを仕上げる
2-2. 部門全体のパンフレットの更新(日本語・英語) PowerPointを使用して、製品別の営業用パンフレットを事例や実績でタイムリーに更新
2-3. デジタル活用による営業支援 マーケティング&コミュニケーション部門と協力して、ビデオ事例を作成し、Microsoft PowerBIを活用・分析

・建設、不動産分野での実務経験ないしは営業の経験(BtoBなどの無形のサービス商材を扱われた経験、ないしは建設・不動産・インテリア・設備・住宅・建材などの分野であれば望ましい)そこでプロデューサー的な役割が求められます
・英語(TOEIC700点以上を目安にしていますが、人物重視です)

[Background of Recruitment]
In our division, business is rapidly expanding (annual growth rate of 15–30%) due to the recent trend of companies reviewing their office environments and corporate real estate, including "work style reform." We receive over 400 inquiries per year, covering a wide range including office relocations, hotel construction, renovations, commercial properties, data centers, logistics, etc. We are looking for team members who can be at the forefront of customer relations and service flow, hearing customer needs, counseling on customer challenges, and helping by organizing appropriate service provision teams.

[Main Duties]
0. Customer visits, web conferences, and hearing challenges

1. Teaming up internally
Discussing and forming teams with senior leaders of each service line
2. Creating various proposals (Japanese & English)
2-1. Service proposals for customers
Customize existing formats to meet customer needs, completing them under the guidance of superiors or finalizing allocated pages using PowerPoint
2-2. Updating division-wide brochures (Japanese & English)
Timely updating of product-specific sales brochures with case studies and achievements using PowerPoint
2-3. Sales support through digital utilization
Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Section to create video case studies and utilize/ analyze Microsoft PowerBI
3. Collaboration with Other JLL Japan Divisions and JLL in Other Countries
3-1. Collaboration with other domestic divisions
Under the instruction and guidance of superiors, collaborate on proposal creation and information sharing
3-2. Collaboration with JLL in other countries
Under superior guidance, collect estimates or case studies and share information with JLL abroad
4. Customer Visits and Participation in Meetings

Participate in customer visits and meetings to determine initial project direction (content of services, costs, schedules)
