
40The Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at WashU School of Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Services Program to provide clinical and operational leadership for CONNECT's psychosocial service line, including Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (ADBT), Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), caregiver programming, and other specialized behavioral health services for adolescents and families.
This position provides both direct clinical services and leadership for psychosocial programming across CONNECT. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical and medical teams to support implementation of evidence-based practices, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, program evaluation, workforce development, and strategic growth of services.
The Senior Manager serves as a clinical leader, supervisor, trainer, and program manager, ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting operational excellence and long-term sustainability of CONNECT programs. The position will play a critical role in maintaining and advancing ADBT and CAMS services following the departure of the program's current clinical lead and will help ensure continued fidelity, training, supervision, consultation, and implementation of these evidence-based models.
