What You'll Do
Own end-to-end program delivery across SAP, Advanced Planning, and process consulting workstreams — integrating timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources into a single coherent plan
Serve as the primary point of accountability for the client, managing executive relationships and ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional leads, planning solution architects, process consultants, change management specialists, and client business teams
Drive program governance: steering committee cadences, status reporting, RAID log management, and escalation protocols
Manage scope, budget, and resource forecasting; proactively flag deviations and drive corrective actions
Lead integrated planning activities including data migration, system integration testing, cutover planning, and hypercare
Partner with process consulting leads to ensure business process redesign is tightly coupled with system configuration and user adoption
Drive change management and training planning in alignment with go-live readiness milestones
Identify and resolve cross-workstream dependencies and conflicts between SAP core (e.g., S/4HANA) and external planning application landscapes
Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to expand scope or deepen the engagement
