Position details:

Module: : SAP- S/4 HANA Conversion/migration

Position : Manager/ Sr. Manager

• S/4 HANA Conversion/ Migration Architect with over 10+ years of experience in SAP projects.
• 4+ E2E conversion/ migration projects and couple of S4 Version upgrade projects
• Well versed with S/4HANA migration strategies (e.g., greenfield, brownfield, bluefield) and a strong focus on solution architecture and design.
• Conversant with conversion tools like S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and SLT
• A certified specialist in S/4 HANA conversion & SAP System upgrade
• on the total conversion activities like system build, pre-conversion, post-conversion activities
• Overall exposure on maintenance planner, pre-checks, financial data conversion, SUM, custom code optimization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including functional leads, business stakeholders, and development teams, to gather requirements and validate the solution design.
• Good Communication skills

Candidate should have the ability to

• Lead teams and provide technical/functional solutions from design to deployment, ensuring successful business transformation through enterprise-wide SAP rollouts.
• Ensure seamless transitions with minimal business downtime by developing and executing detailed cutover plans.
• Oversee and review functional specifications, blueprints, and technical designs for the S/4HANA solution.
• Perform presales activities like DDA, Readiness Assessment, SPIDE Analysis
• Mentor and guide project teams, providing technical expertise and strategic direction for enterprise architecture roadmaps.
