The Senior Manager, eCommerce Sales & Operations is a critical leader responsible for driving end-to-end retail execution across eCommerce customers while operating within The Coca-Cola Company’s franchised bottling system. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, bottler coordination, supply chain and governance—ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence. While majority of the focus will be on Amazon, this leader will have responsibility for other ecommerce customers, as needs arise.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, cross-system coordination capabilities, and the ability to influence across a complex network of internal teams, bottlers, and external partners.

What You’ll Do for Us

This role is the engine behind Coca-Cola’s eCommerce growth—owning online merchandising and execution, accelerating conversion, and driving share across Amazon and key online retailers. You will blend strategy, operations and data-driven execution to ensure our portfolio is discoverable, compelling, and winning at the point of purchase.


What You’ll Own

1. Data Management, Compliance & Bottler Coordination

Lead the integrity and execution of critical financial and operational processes across systems and stakeholders:

  • Oversee secondary data cleansing, hygiene, and reformatting prior to submission to CCBSS (Coca-Cola Business Services & Solutions). Act as the primary liaison between CCBSS and bottlers to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
  • Ensure accurate execution of PSF, Deposit & Handling, and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes
  • Drive monthly reporting cadence to bottlers, ensuring alignment and accuracy
  • Lead Purchase Order (PO) management, including validation, issue resolution, and reconciliation. Lead the charge to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the order to cash process.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify manual processes while ensuring compliance

2. Forecasting & Demand Planning

  • Own and continuously improve forecast accuracy across eCommerce customers
  • Partner with sales, supply chain, and bottlers to align demand signals with supply capabilities
  • Bottler‑specific calls to ensure Limited Time Offerings and Innovation forecasts are understood and actioned
  • Develop business plans to close gaps between forecast delivery and execution
  • Develop insights and tools to reduce forecast volatility and improve service levels

3. Support Bottler Joint Business Planning (JBP) & Franchise collaboration

  • Support and influence Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes with bottlers
  • Translate eCommerce growth strategies into actionable plans within the franchised system
  • Serve as a bridge between company strategy and bottler execution

4. Amazon Supply Chain Execution

Lead supply chain execution for key eCommerce customers, particularly Amazon

  • Ensure strong performance across 1 distribution center (DC) execution, in-stock rates, and order fulfillment
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges and improve customer experience
  • Drive continuous improvement in end-to-end Amazon supply chain performance

5. Regional Supply Chain Execution & Business Planning

  • Coordinate with regional teams and bottlers to ensure consistent execution of supply chain strategies
  • Support business planning processes, aligning demand, supply, and commercial priorities
  • Act as a steward of data across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability
  • Support scalable processes that enable growth across geographies and channels


Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in eCommerce, with experience in eCommerce operations. Must have Amazon Vendor Central experience Experience with top retailer platforms such as Walmart, Instacart, Salsify, Nielsen IQ, Commerce IQ is a plus.
  • eCommerce Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability in managing large and complex eCommerce catalogs and driving performance within mid-to-large account portfolios.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across distributed business systems, coupled with a proven ability to build strategic customer plans and promotional programs.
  • Drive for Results: Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and a strong passion for achieving measurable impact.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must effectively present complex data and strategies in a clear and compelling manner.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
