Job Description

Responsible for driving sales targets, managing customer relationships, coaching the sales execution team, and ensuring effective commercial execution and customer satisfaction and high-quality customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Execution Senior Manager

  • Drive sales performance and achieve assigned volume and business targets
  • Lead, coach, and support the Sales Execution and Sales Coordination team
  • Build, manage, and develop customer relationships and sales opportunities
  • Evaluate customer potential and maintain an updated sales pipeline
  • Conduct sales planning and monitor customer performance regularly
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts with major customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve customer portfolio quality
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on pricing, tenders, and commercial activities
  • Ensure proper handover and communication with Customer Service teams
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce and related systems
  • Ensure high-quality customer engagement and customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Shipping, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime, shipping, or logistics industry
  • Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service Team Lead
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM/Salesforce, and related business systems
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
