Job Description

Driven by the ambition to expand consumer access and create a consistent, high-quality retail experience across EMEA, WSA is continuing to strengthen and develop its retail organisation.

As Retail Integration Senior Manager, EMEA, you will play a key role in making newly acquired retail businesses part of WSA. You will lead integration programmes across countries, bringing together local teams and Group functions to ensure a smooth transition, business continuity and delivery against agreed targets.

This is a highly hands-on role, combining strong project and programme management with the ability to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders and turn plans into results.

This role is open across multiple locations in EMEA.

What you will do

Retail Integration & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end integration programmes across multiple EMEA countries, from planning through execution.
  • Develop and maintain the EMEA Retail Integration Playbook and integration roadmaps.
  • Identify and prioritise key milestones, ensuring strong focus on timely and successful delivery.
  • Support the integration of acquired businesses while maintaining business continuity and operational performance.

M&A & Business Planning

  • Partner with M&A teams and local General Managers during due diligence and integration planning.
  • Assess integration risks, opportunities and expected financial contributions.
  • Work closely with WSA Group functions to support business cases and ensure delivery against integration targets.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Bring together local organisations and Group functions, creating clarity around roles, responsibilities and priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence effectively in a matrix environment without direct line management.
  • Simplify complex situations and communicate clearly to keep teams aligned and moving forward.

What you bring

Experience

  • Significant experience in retail, ideally in a complex or international organisation.
  • Proven track record in business transformation, change management or integration across multiple countries or complex markets.
  • Strong project/programme management skills and a hands-on approach to delivery.
  • Experience working effectively in a matrix organisation and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering against targets and improving profitability.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
