The Resilience, Crisis & Reputation (RCR) team at Deloitte helps organisations increase their resilience by preparing for, responding to, and recovering from planned or unforeseen high‑impact events. We are looking for a Senior Manager. At Deloitte.

• Managing projects and the project team members;
• Advising organizations in developing, organizing, and implementing their security processes;
• Supporting organizations through all phases of a crisis, for example, by developing and conducting crisis simulations and learning cycles, performing Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and preparing planning documents;
• Advising organizations in resilience, crisis management and continuity management to minimize the impact of crises and disruptions and to build and sustain organizational trust and reputation;
• Proactively building relationships with (potential) clients and develop innovative solutions and propositions.

You will be working in a market leading resilience team with a focus on the financial sector. The team has brought new concepts to the market like the Minimum Viable Organisation and Willing & Able. In all domains we see an increase in the demand for becoming more resilient: banking, insurance, investment management and pension funds. The frameworks we work with are the ISO standards and the BCI Good Practice.

Qualifications

Naturally you effectively communicate your complex ideas and analyses and you are comfortable with managing change. But most importantly, be the true you. The one and only you. With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Manager:

• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably within consultancy, in areas such as Resilience, Crisis Management, Safety & Security, Enterprise Trust & Reputation, and/or Business Continuity Management;
• A completed master’s degree in social sciences, communication studies, international relations, security studies, public administration, security and risk management, computer science, or another relevant field;
• Project management skills and experience managing colleagues;
• Experience in the financial sector: knowledge of and experience with various physical security concepts and methodologies from leading international and national organisations (e.g., ASIS, NKBR 3.0, DHM) and conducting physical security audits;
• Experience managing operational disruptions (e.g., crisis management) within the financial sector and knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., DORA);
• Known for your interpersonal and analytical skills, proactivity, social awareness and a hands‑on approach;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Preference: Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI)
