The Brand, Marketing & Communications Center of Expertise (CoE) is looking for a Senior Manager Research & Insights to lead cross-market insights on brand performance and customer experience. In this role, you will turn research into strategic recommendations that strengthen brand equity, customer advocacy, and business growth.

You will work at the intersection of brand strategy, customer experience, and research, helping build a strong and consistent insights foundation across markets.
The team
As Senior Manager Research & Insights you’ll join the Media, Analytics & Insights team and report into the Lead Media, Analytics & Insights. The team consists of 1 lead and 6 team members, of which 3 focused on research & insights, of which you are one!
Roles and responsibilities
You will work closely with colleagues across the CoE, business stakeholders, and market teams to turn research into action and support better decision-making.
Some of the key responsibilities are but not limited to:
Lead cross-market brand and NPS tracking programmes, ensuring methodological consistency and high data quality
Translate customer and market insights into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
Set-up, manage and execute market research projects from A to Z, in close collaboration with colleagues and key stakeholders.
Partner with marketing, CX, and business teams to align insights with growth priorities and segment strategies
Strategic vendor management by managing and challenging external research partners to ensure best-in-class delivery
Drive harmonisation of insights across markets and identify cross-country learnings and opportunities
Develop executive-level storytelling outputs, including board-ready presentations and performance summaries
Coach and guide internal stakeholders on research methodologies and interpretation of results
