Our client is a fast growing insurance technology (insurtech) group of companies providing cutting-edge digital insurance solutions to businesses and consumers in the region.

In this role you will join a growing team focused on delivering a profit-oriented proposition. You will be working with a great bunch of energetic people in building and offering InsurTech solutions across South East Asia.

Key Deliverables:

• Strategically and tactically drive the sales strategy to position the company at the forefront of new age (re)insurance industry. Responsible for aligning sales priorities and overseeing all sales-related activities, including assessing, implementing and reporting on sales strategies with the aim of portfolio growth in line with business strategy and objectives.

• Develop new business pipelines and opportunities through actively networking in the industry. Keeps abreast of market environment and trends.

• Relationship liaison with insurers, RI Brokers, reinsurers across the region.

• Access new (re)insurance markets regionally (particularly AU, ID, and other SEA regions) and locally.

• Works closely with insurance advisors and internal technical team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years reinsurance broking experience, must have experience owning a revenue KPI.

• Sufficient technical insurance knowledge with a focus on Accident & Health, All Risks, Fire insurance.

• Strong negotiation, analytical skills, ability to multi-task with attention to details.

• Able to lead technical teams and bringing the best out of technical and non-technical aspects of the business.
