The Senior Manager, Regional Process Excellence & Innovation Freight Fowarding (f/m/d) acts as the regional lead for translating strategy into execution — supporting the Sr. Director Ops Excellence in delivering a standardised, data-driven, and digitally enabled operating model across Air, Ocean.
The role balances hands-on project execution with stakeholder management, supporting business units in adopting process excellence principles, automation tools, and innovation initiatives.
