What You Will Achieve

Your innovative ideas will support the growth of our team at Pfizer. You will manage the execution of a multitude of commercial operational services for our identified market. You will work with the region leads to define and update scope and service areas of commercial operations (CO),establishand improve service delivery model, manage business demand for services, prioritize resources and budget/funding/ investments allocation. This role will enable compliant processes for commercial operations in assigned markets. 

As an Enablement Sr. Manager, your advanced knowledge of operations principles and comprehensive knowledge with cross functional disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the business. Your ability to develop and manage strategic plans will facilitate inachievingobjectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges, and recommending best practices for improvements. While managing complex project environments and matrix teams, you will be able toanticipateand troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the business. Through yourexpertiseand extensive knowledge, you will be able to support shaping our culture that promotes innovation and thrives on doing better for patients. The Enablement Sr. Manager Role will report directly to the US Rare Disease Field Enablement Director/TL while partnering & supporting the alignedSenior Sales Leaders

How You Will Achieve It

The individual shouldpossessa combination of sales & account managementexpertise, strategic thinking, analyticalexpertise, leadership experience, strong project management capabilities, and excellent communication & presentation abilities to help the Rare Disease US organization achieve aggressive patient impact and revenue targets. The individual will collaborate closely with the Specialty Care Customer Enablement Platform team,Rareportfolio senior sales leaders, ABMs, SHSSs, Brand Teams, CFC Delivery, and compliance colleagues. 

  • Proactivelyidentifyinnovative solutions to simplify processes and enablecustomerfacing colleagues to deliver results. Lead operational projects and workstreams for US Rare Disease, including related to launch brand field force execution, training, incentivecompensation, and deployment planning (eg, resource development, process improvements, platform/application releases, Rare DiseaseCommunicationsand the National DOE network). 

  • Lead and manage critical projects to advance organizational effectiveness in selling environment and across customers of US Rare Disease 

  • Serve as operational support lead, strategic thought partner and point of contact for various cross-functional partners (eg, National Sales Director, Area Business Managers, Commercial Excellence, CMO, and Marketing teams); ensure clear communication and a high degree of alignment within in the organization both horizontally and vertically in all areas of responsibility. Facilitate field insight groups, as needed. 

  • Responsible for ensuring operational concerns and requests from across the Rare Disease business are routinelyidentified, prioritized,trackedand resolvedin a timely manner; collaborate with CE, BAI, BT, legal, compliance,Marketingand other cross-functional teams tomaintainroutine communication and resolve issues efficiently.  

  • Manage all routine operational tasks with absolute speed and efficiency (eg, data change requests, Pfizer Align updates) 

  • Lead cross-functional planning for key meetings including POAs, Manager Meetings, spotlightmeetingsand leadership training classes in collaboration withcustomer facingteams, brandmarketingand training; engage and manage meeting planning to support these meetings. 

  • Work with Operational Excellence Leads and cross-functional partners to manage Rare Disease and X-BU communications, and DOEnetwork, ensuringclarity and consistencyand simplicity. 

Qualifications

Candidatedemonstratesa breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact. 

  • US Field Sales Experience with Pfizer Inc; Rare Disease experience preferred. 

  • BA/BS Degreerequired

  • 6+years ofpreviouspharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience. 

  • Strong working understanding of Veeva, Pfizer Align, Centris 

  • Demonstratedtrack recordof strong cross-functionalcollaboration;must have exceptional emotional intelligence and self-awareness. 

  • Effective project management skills and ability to lead without authority. 

  • Strong communication(written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills to effectively develop /maintainproductive internal and vendor relationships. 

  • Effectively communicates with colleagues at all levels across multiple functions (including senior leaders in the organization) withabilityto influence outcome of interactions. 

  • Strong organizational skills are essential. 

  • Strong internal networking skills tosolicitinformation and integrate industry best practices to the organization. 

  • Must bechangeagile, with the ability to quickly reprioritize efforts to meet changing requirements in a fluid environment. 

  • Highly effective atutilizingcurrent sales force technology platforms; Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology. 

  • Ability toanticipateissues/needs and work proactively to address them;demonstratedinitiative and ability to handle ambiguity. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with colleagues at various levels. 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc. 

  • Experience in a promoted position and/or developmental role withdemonstratedleadership across peer and manager groups preferred.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
