We serve as a trusted thought leader and strategic partner to C-suite executives in the transport sector.

The role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead critical projects, manage client relationships and contribute to business development. You will play a key role in strengthening our team in Denmark, working collaboratively with colleagues across the Nordics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of talented consultants specialising in transport, infrastructure & mobility.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Danish transport market.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, including Vejdirektoratet, Banedanmark, DHL, DFDS, Movia and DSB.
• Oversee client projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations.
• Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, proposals and industry publications.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the transport industry.

Desired skills & experience

• A proven track record of leading and managing projects and client relationships in the transport and infrastructure industry (5+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of transport, infrastructure and mobility trends and Danish transportation policies.
• Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to win new clients.
• Excellent project management skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken).
