Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Civil team in Thermal Projects, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Civil systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Civil processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and goals.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and project plans as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Civil technology.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 6-13 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry
  • Experience in managing Civil activities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
