About the opportunity we offer:

We love to hear from you and how you match this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience at site managing, Site QC – Mechanical, Civil, E & I & painting etc.
• Familiarity with Project Life Cycle principles and significant project milestones Including engineering Project quality management.
• Conversant with Quality Management System standard ISO 9001:2018 and related guidelines with familiarity on ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001 :2015 standards.
• Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualifications on ISO9001/ ISO45001/ ISO14001 desirable
• Proficiency in writing plans, procedures, process flow mapping, etc.
• Familiar with project / discipline objectives, targets, goals, KPIs and QHSE metrics
• Possess an investigative and analytical mindset
• Very good report writing skills
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and influential skills
• Fluency in professional English

Major Responsibility Areas:

• Demonstrate visible commitment to adopt Quality Management Systems
• Promote awareness of quality excellence through planned activities
• New / changed Global policies, BPMS communication to site
• Support to site quality audit and surveillance program
• Ensure reporting and monitoring of NCR process / investigation and disposal
• CNQ documentation, reporting and follow up
• Report on implementation of Site Quality Plan and Global Quality procedures
• Support HO in preparation and review of ITPs
• Support HO/site in monitoring and ensuring Subcontractor Quality performance
• Interface with Vendor Performance Management
• IMS Management review facilitation and documentation
• Follow-up with site on tracking Quality objectives / KPI
• Site Quality related data collection, analysis and reporting
