We are seeking a Quality & ISMS Leader to drive end‑to‑end quality management, governance, and information security across Advisory engagements in our Buenos Aires Delivery Center. This role leads the implementation and adoption of PwC’s Advisory Quality & ISMS Framework, ensuring consistent delivery excellence, risk management, and compliance with global standards.
The leader will oversee governance forums, KPIs, delivery health, risk intelligence, and improvement plans. Responsibilities include ensuring Information Security compliance, conducting process and compliance reviews, and preparing teams for internal and external quality/ISMS assessments.
This role also leads major industry certifications (CMMI Level 3, SOC2, ISO 27001), continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma, automation), and the adoption of modern delivery practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). A key focus is building capability and strengthening a culture of quality through coaching, awareness programs, and team development.
