As a Senior Manager Project Management, you will drive large-scale initiatives in both size and budget with high complexity and both financial and organizational risk. You will have responsibility to lead the governance and management of the enterprise AI initiative portfolio, ensuring that AI investments are strategically aligned, appropriately prioritized, effectively governed, and delivering measurable business value. You will oversee and manage internal and external resources, both directly and indirectly. You will have full authority for personnel actions and extensive knowledge of department processes.
This role will establish and operate the processes required to manage AI initiatives across their full lifecycle, from idea intake and prioritization through experimentation, development, deployment, adoption, and value realization. Working across business functions, technology teams, AI product owners, finance, risk, data, and executive leadership, the Senior Program Manager will provide a single portfolio-level view of AI investments, progress, risks, dependencies, and realized value. The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise program management capabilities with portfolio governance, financial and value management, executive communication, and sufficient understanding of AI and digital product delivery to effectively challenge teams and drive outcomes. indirectly. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
