In this key role, you will connect Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, Research & Development, and Technical Operations while driving projects, digitalization, and knowledge management. Your work will make an important contribution to successful product launches, technology transfers, and continuous process improvement.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects related to product launches, technology transfers, regulatory activities, and process improvements.
Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and reporting of MS&T projects in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop and maintain portfolio, prioritization, and risk management frameworks for a diverse project portfolio.
Serve as the central interface between MS&T and the project management organizations within Research & Development.
Design and manage digital solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot.
Prepare management reports, analyses, and decision-making materials based on relevant data.
Establish a structured approach to process knowledge management and promote standardized data and transfer concepts.
Train and support teams in the use of digital tools, data management, and analytics.
University degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, data science, or a comparable field.
Relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, MS&T, Technical Operations, project management, or digital transformation.
Knowledge of project and portfolio management in a cross-functional environment.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, particularly SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Understanding of technology transfers, product lifecycle management, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Ideally, knowledge of ISA-88 process modeling, master data management, or IT/data governance.
Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage.
Strong communication and analytical skills, combined with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and influence others.
