1 Business analysis problem identification requirements gathering defining scopeobjectives

2 Ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into automated or technology enabled solutions

3 Strong experience with system specifications procedures and costeffective solution design

4 Hands on experience with unit integration and acceptance testing

5 Advanced data analysis business reporting systems data review performance data evaluation

6 Experience supporting decision making for business and IT leadership

7 Process improvement systems integration technology solution recommendation

8 Strong understanding of IT processes systems and businessinsurance acumen
