In this role, you'll:

As the Senior Manager Program & Portfolio Management, you will lead the planning, governance, prioritisation, and delivery oversight of Sydney Metro’s technology and digital project portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring programs and projects align with strategic priorities, delivery capacity, funding requirements, and organisational objectives while driving best-practice project and portfolio management across the organisation. Leading a team of project professionals, you will oversee governance frameworks, delivery standards, investment decisions, and portfolio performance to ensure successful outcomes across a complex technology landscape.

About you

We're seeking an experienced portfolio and program management leader with a strong track record delivering complex technology portfolios in large-scale organisations. You will bring extensive experience in portfolio governance, project delivery, demand management, prioritisation, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement. You are a strategic thinker who can balance competing priorities, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring projects and programs deliver measurable business value.
