Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Initiate and develop innovative products and strategies to effectively accelerate business growth and establish a competitive advantage in the market
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features and initiatives
  • Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate product success
  • Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to enhance product performance
  • Design and implement MIS reports to facilitate efficient performance management
  • Act as BUCR and ORR to respond to all the needs in Risk and Compliance area
  • Work with other tasks assigns by Line Manager
  • Build and lead a high-performing product management team
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members

Experience/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance & banking or other related degrees
  • At least 5 experiences in product management, performance management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in dealing with management on process improvement
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Conscious of details and accuracy
  • Strong understanding of user experience and customer journey principles
  • English is proficiency

Established in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia.
