The purpose of Senior Manager Products is to solve some of the work toughest challenges face by colleagues across BUs; as well as cross-functional, multidisciplinary projects dominating the agenda of our Cluster’s senior leadership. The role requires creativity, resourcefulness and practicality, while going the extra mile, to deliver solutions that solve immediate problems and drive long-term change
Core Responsibilities:
• Structure and conduct problem-solving exercises to uncover the true challenges and root causes of strategic and operational issues, and create actionable plans that drive effective, long-lasting change
• Conduct a combination of primary and secondary research, data analyses and brainstorming to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to solve problems, refine strategies and implement transformations
• Lead, guide and develop more junior members of the department in their work and leadership abilities as part of our apprenticeship-based model.
Strategic Responsibilities:
• Equip business / functional owners with the tools and knowledge to sustain effective, long-lasting change and an innovative, continuous improvement mindset
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders, including department heads and senior leaders, and implement them alongside functional owners.
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
Language Skills:
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic a definite advantage
Years of Experience:
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
Nature of Experience:
Proven expertise / professional experience in business management and/or consulting experience in reputed firms preferred.
