As Australia accelerates towards solar, batteries, electric vehicles and smarter energy use, we’re building a connected ecosystem of new energy products and we’re looking for a Senior Manager – Product Marketing to help bring these to life.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract and a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how a portfolio of future energy products are positioned, launched and experienced by customers.

About the role

As a Senior Manager – Product Marketing, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, sales and customer experience, helping translate product strategy into compelling market propositions that drive growth.

You’ll lead the development of customer value propositions, go-to-market strategies and in life marketing programs, ensuring our products are clearly positioned, effectively launched and continuously optimised in market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop clear and compelling customer value propositions for new energy products

  • Develop the strategy for how these products sit together in market and intersect with Origin’s existing portfolio

  • Translate complex product features into simple, differentiated customer messaging

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches

  • Build integrated marketing plans across CRM, performance, digital and sales channels

  • Use customer insights and market data to shape product positioning and strategy

  • Monitor product performance and optimise campaigns to drive growth and adoption

  • Partner with product, sales, CX and digital teams to deliver seamless customer experiences

  • Act as a key marketing lead within cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes

About you

You’re a commercially minded product marketer who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys turning complex ideas into simple, impactful customer propositions.

You’ll bring:

  • 8–12+ years’ experience in product marketing, marketing strategy or product management

  • Proven experience delivering successful go-to-market strategies

  • Strong ability to translate complex products into clear customer messaging

  • Experience driving customer growth, adoption and commercial outcomes

  • Strong stakeholder management across product, marketing, sales and digital teams

  • Experience working in cross-functional or agile environments

  • A data-led mindset, with a focus on performance and optimisation

  • A natural curiosity and passion for customer-centric thinking and innovation
