We are seeking a senior‑level product leader to own and evolve a critical financial wellness portfolio supporting large‑scale, customer‑facing experiences. Experience That Sets You Apart
Background in financial services, banking, fintech, or adjacent platforms.
Experience building and scaling financial wellness or guidance‑oriented products at scale.
Comfort engaging with external partners and stakeholders to shape, position, and advance product experiences.
Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew.Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew.Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisionsin accordance withall applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
Overseesdigital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact.
Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drivesignificant changeto the client experience.
Provides guidance and coaches digital product teams towards best practices and learnings.Overseesdigital product teams' supportofthe messaging, communication, and customeroutreachas necessary.
Facilitates strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across allappropriate internaland external stakeholders.
Leads the planning,developmentand implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
Influences and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum ofeight yearsrelated work experience, with at least three years innovation strategy and execution experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
