Within IRPMA Code of Practice, clients compliance and company i-HCP regulation, develop brand plan and lead brand plan execution to align with clients, sales team and cross-functions departments for business objectives achievement.
• Develop marketing strategy to achieve annual sales target assigned by the company/client
• Propose annual advertisement & promotional budget and implement tactics to achieve business objectives
• Engage sales team with adequate resources allocation to develop regional plans and maximize business opportunities
• Develop key opinion leaders to strengthen the engagement with targeted medical societies / associations
• Monitor market dynamics and adjust plans accordingly to anticipate future trends and increase competitive advantages
• Identify opportunities of patient journey for assigned portfolio and align internal & clients' resources to improve adoption ladder
• 2 years' sales and marketing in pharmaceutical company
• Work experience in hospital and clinics business is preferred
• Read well and speak fluent in English, can directly communicate overseas business as well
• Have experiences in handling overseas shipment, rolling forecast and inventory management are better
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the industry / market / competitors / customers
• Demonstrate knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts
• Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills & advanced research and analytical skills
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Well communicate skills with inner cross function & sales colleagues for business running
• Influence power to engage team members & motivate the morale
• Utilize coach skill to increase people productivity
• High emotional intelligence
• Bachelor above, major in Pharmacy or Medical Science related; MBA is a plus
