We are proud to be the vacation-industry leader with global brands — including Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises — the most innovative fleet and private destinations, and the best people. Together, we are dedicated to turning the vacation of a lifetime into a lifetime of vacations for our guests.

The Royal Caribbean Group’s IT Shipboard F&B Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Manager, Product Management reporting to the Director, IT Shipboard Food and Beverage.

This position is onsite and based in Miramar, Florida.

This position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.

The Senior Manager, Product Management (Onboard Revenue Operations & Sales) is responsible for the strategic leadership, evolution, and performance of onboard revenue product portfolios, including, but not limited to onboard sales-supporting applications (SmartFleet: SalesTrax), Dining Reservations, Food & Beverage Operations technology, Legacy Point-of-Sale (POS), Internet & connectivity, and the NextCruise Operations Hub.

This role drives the end-to-end product and technology strategy to unlock revenue growth through scalable platforms, digital innovation, and operational efficiencies. The Senior Manager partners closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define roadmaps, and deliver solutions that enhance the guest experience while maximizing onboard revenue outcomes.

This leader ensures alignment between business vision and technology execution—enabling integrated, data-driven, and guest-centric solutions across the onboard ecosystem.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Product Management

  • Own the strategic direction and full lifecycle of onboard revenue technology products across multiple domains, including Onboard Sales (SmartFleet: SalesTrax for Next/Future Cruise), Dining Reservations, Food & Beverage Operations, Legacy POS, Internet & connectivity, and more.
  • Define and execute multi-year product roadmaps aligned to revenue growth, onboard guest experience elevation and personalization, and operational efficiency goals.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase onboard revenue and guest satisfaction through digital capabilities, platform enhancements, and experience innovation.
  • Lead and mentor multiple product teams, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex business, commercial, and operational requirements into structured engineering intake and clearly scoped product initiatives.

Onboard Revenue, Sales & Dining

  • Own the product strategy for the onboard sales platform (SmartFleet: SalesTrax), converting onboard-sales activity into measurable, trackable revenue.
  • Drive standardization of onboard revenue data into one connected signal — unlocking internal, revenue-driving capability across the existing 3rd-party footprint.
  • Advance Dining Reservations as a strategic product layer (40M+ reservations and 100M+ guest interactions today; 50M+ digital projected by 2031).
  • Streamline Food & Beverage Operations through VITO and ~20K IoT devices, driving efficiency and guest experience ($35M+ annual savings via FPMS).
  • Partner with Onboard Revenue Strategy, Newbuild & Dry Dock, and Operations teams to align technology investments with revenue and guest-satisfaction goals.

Operational Excellence & Efficiency

  • Identify and implement process and technology improvements that reduce friction, increase automation, and streamline onboard guest experience and revenue operations.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all product platforms within scope across the fleet.
  • Drive standardization and scalable frameworks across products and platforms to support fleet-wide deployments and ongoing modernization programs.
  • Monitor product KPIs and guest satisfaction metrics, leveraging insights to continuously improve platform performance and outcomes.

Business Partnership & Revenue Impact

  • Act as the primary technology partner to Onboard Revenue for business teams, translating commercial goals into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to align technology investments with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making and continuously optimize product performance.

Platform & Technology Enablement

  • Drive modernization, integration, and scalability of onboard revenue systems, ensuring seamless guest experiences across touchpoints.
  • Oversee third-party platforms, vendor relationships, and system integrations that support revenue-generating experiences.
  • Ensure architecture alignment with enterprise platforms and broader GET Onboard technology strategy.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Platform, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions across guest-facing revenue domains.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple product lines and concurrent deployments, including newbuilds and fleet modernizations.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels, aligning priorities across diverse teams and functions.
  • Drive alignment between Product, Hotel Operations, Entertainment, Commercial, Casino Ops, and New Construction teams for maximum efficiency and revenue impact.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field required.

Experience

  • 10+ years in platform engineering, product management, or technology program management roles, ideally within hospitality, maritime, or complex guest-facing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology programs in capital construction, newbuild, or major infrastructure contexts.
  • Proven ability to operate as a cross-functional product technology owner, translating business and design requirements into structured engineering intake.
  • Experience supporting and managing product capabilities across multiple projects simultaneously, including concurrent Newbuilds or modernizations.
  • Experience with third-party SaaS and integration platforms, and their alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with WiFi, connectivity infrastructure, or revenue management platforms is a strong plus.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Systems thinker with expertise in platform integration, lifecycle management, and operational alignment across complex, multi-domain product portfolios.
  • Strong communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Structured, process-oriented, and adept at creating scalable frameworks in dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver results across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Experience managing contractor talent and scaling resources to meet program demand.

Leadership / Behavioral Competencies

  • Strategic, collaborative, and proactive partner with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with disciplined execution and a passion for innovation and guest experience.
  • Ability to drive alignment between Product, Hotel Operations, Entertainment, Commercial, Finance, and New Construction teams for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Skilled at managing complexity and ambiguity, especially when supporting multiple high-profile projects and event programs simultaneously.
