BrokerBay is an exciting new Product within the Fire and Security business. BrokerBay is shaping the future of how brokerages, agents and consumers transact in real estate. BrokerBay is an advanced cloud-based ecosystem designed to replace the legacy systems previously used by brokerages across North America.

If you are a Senior Manager – Product Management with experience as a Head of Product, you should join our team and help us grow our product delivery capabilities. The Senior Manager – Product Management will bring together cross-functional teams across the company to communicate and implement our product vision. Success in this role will be measured by executing an ambitious product roadmap designed to engage our current and future customers. Use your leadership skills to lead, develop, and mentor our talented team of product managers and product designers.

This is a hybrid role based out of Toronto ON

Key Responsibilities

• Scale and mature product management processes in terms of product strategy, customer metrics, usability testing, delivering product requirements, and backlog curation
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, i.e. releases, milestones, and hotfixes
• Collaborate with leadership on the product vision, distilling complex deliverables
• Work with key stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering) to identify and prioritize product changes i.e. feature requests, client launches, and technical debt
• Collaborate with Engineering to understand resourcing capabilities
• Coach product team members to execute the plan effectively through one-on-ones, define employee growth trajectories, and conduct performance reviews
• Iterate and streamline product delivery processes and promote operational excellence
• Create and foster a product management culture built around collaboration, innovation, and curiosity
• Work with technical and non-technical team members in a variety of roles from product managers, designers, engineers, customer support, executives, and clients
• Manage and deliver short, medium, and long-term projects successfully
• Implement, maintain, and leverage qualitative and quantitative methods for product analytics and customer engagement

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years plus experience in managing and growing talented and collaborative product teams
• 5 years plus experience in Agile software development, delivering quality features on time

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Proven ability to lead teams, delivering large, complex B2B applications

• Able to discuss and craft high-level strategies and deep dive into the details
